区域高等职业教育资源配置:现状、问题及对策——基于四川省的个案分析

On the Situation,Problems and Strategies of Resource Allocation of Regional Higher Vocational Education——Based on the Case Analysis on Sichuan Province

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高等职业教育资源的优化配置已经成为政府、学校、社会关注的热点。四川省高等职业教育资源存在分布不均衡、发展水平差异较大,办学定位模糊、专业趋同化,师资队伍结构不合理,经费投入不足,职业教育资源共建共享平台尚未有效建立等问题。为解决这些问题,可采取强化政府角色,科学规划,加大经费投入,改善办学条件,优化师资队伍结构,提升教师整体素质,以及搭建优质高职教育资源共建共享平台等措施,促进四川省乃至西部地区高等职业教育的快速、持续、健康发展。

With the rapid development of China＇s higher education, the optimization allocation of higher vocational education resources has become the focus of the government, school and society.There exist many problems in higher vocational education of Sichuan, such as the imbalance resource distribution and the great difference in development level among re- gions, the fuzzy specialty orientation and the specialty assimilation, the irrational teachers strucutre, the lack of funds in- put, and the failure in effectively establishing co-construction and sharing platform for vocatoina educaiton resouces, etc. In order to solve these problems, it is necessaty to strengthen the role of government, plan scentifically and increase the funds investment, improve school conditions, optimize the structure of teachers, improve teachers whole quality, and set up the high-quality co-construction and sharing platform for higher vocatoina educaiton resouces, so as to promote the rapid, sustained and healthy development of higher vocational education in Sichuan province and even the western region.
