农村劳动力转移就业培训现状及提升策略——基于江苏省的调查

Analysis on the Situation of Rural Labor Transfer Training and the Enhancement Strategies——Based on Survey of Jiangsu Province

在推进农村劳动力转移就业的攻坚阶段,如何创新农村劳动力转移就业培训策略,进一步提高农民素质、增强农民就业能力是进行农村劳动力转移研究的重要课题。基于江苏省农村劳动力转移就业培训的调查和分析显示,农村劳动力转移培训在培训资源、培训针对性、培训积极性和培训实施方面都存在一定问题,具体对策是:构建农村劳动力培训网络,进行培训前瞻性、实用性和专业性设计,加强对学员的引导,提高培训者素质,构建科学评估体系。

In the crucial stage of rural labor transfer employment, how to innovate the rural labor transfer employment training strategy and further advance the rural labor transfer employment is an important issue. Investigation and analysis on rural labor transfer training of Jiangsu province show that, there exist some problems in the training resources, training pertinence, training positivity and training implementation, and the countermeasures are： construct training network for ru- ral labor force, enhance the forward-looking, practicality and professionalism of training, strengthen guidance to trainees, in- crease the quality of trainers, and build scientific evaluation system.
