何清儒的职业补习教育理论探析

Analysis on the Vocational Supplementary Education Theory of He Qingru

何清儒是我国近代著名职业教育家,他分别对职业补习教育的内涵、特征、原则、教材、进行了分析。他认为职业补习教育设科应以社会需要为依据,教材以职业界实况为出发点,学生培养以工作能力为目标,学习期限宜多样,授课以业余时间为主,教师以技师为来源;这些理论对今天的职业培训、继续教育和成人教育有着一定的理论意义和现实参考价值。

He Qing-ru was a famous vocational educator in modem China. He interpreted on the connotation, features, principles, content and teaching materials of vocational education respectively. He Qingru proposed that the specialties of vocational supplementary education should accord with social demand, its teaching materials should start from the situation of working world, talent cultivation should take working abilities as the objectives, teaching time should be diversified, and teachers should mainly come from professionals. The above theories still have certain theoretical significance and real- istic value to vocational training, continuing education and adult education nowadays.
