摘要
潘文安认为职业是个人维持生计之道,也是个人对社会应尽职分之道,职业教育并不是限于狭隘的个人问题,其真义与责任在于帮助别人,关注社会;他主张在小学进行职业熏陶、中学进行职业训练,并在中小学的最后一年开展职业指导与升学指导,职业指导"非一时的而为继续的""、非盲从的而为科学的",择业的标准就是人与事的适合,以"求个性之完全的发达"和让适当的人做适当的事。他主张基于就业开发职校课程,呼吁职校课程走就业化之路。他的职业指导思想对当时的职业教育发展起到了一定的促进作用,且对当今职业教育仍有一定的借鉴意义。
Pan Wen' an recognized that occupation is a main way for personal subsistence and social service; vocational education is not limited to the narrow personal problems, and its true meaning and responsibility lies in helping others and concerning for society; he advocated to strengthen vocational influence in primary school, carry out vocational training in secondary school, and implement further education guidance and vocational guidance in the final year of primary and secondary schools; vocational guidance should let the right people to do the right thing. He advocated the development of employment-based vocational courses, vocational courses appeal to employment. He proposed to develop vocational educa- tion courses based on employment. His vocational education thought played a certain role in promoting vocational educa- tion at that time and also had certain reference meaning to vocational education at present.
