二硫代氨基甲酸钠分离电解铬储备液中的铁

摘要 利用高碳铬铁制备电解铬储备液,先用加入硫酸铵快速冷却的方法使大部分消解液中二价铁生成矾除去。用氧化剂氧化少量二价铁,用二硫代氨基甲酸纳(铜试剂,DDTC-Na)沉淀,过滤除去剩余的铁。这样储备液变的很纯,同时铅含量也更低。上述工艺可得到很纯的金属铬,同时省略了冷冻液陈化天使铬矾重结晶的过程。 The cell feed was produced from hing-carbon ferrchome.The (NH4)2SO4 was Laid into the digesting solution ,then it was speedily cooled at about 0℃ within an hour ,the alum generated from the Fe was filtered and separated from the chromium. The rdsidual Fe oxidized into Fe with Cr2O3 and was precipitated and divided from the solution with the diethyldithiocarbamare(DDTC-Na).The feed was cleaner and the Content of Pb in it became feweer. This process could produce pure metallic chromium ,and the lengthy chromium alum crystallizing prosedure for 15 days was avoided.
