摘要
避免大学基层组织成员角色文化冲突,为大学所有成员创建多元的、多样化的文化共同体,为此需要通过协议、协商、分享、楷模的文化管理机制达成大学基层组织的文化和谐,并且在所有大学成员文化自觉的前提下,推进大学主体文化基础上的基层组织的多元(亚)文化建构和文化优化。
To avoid the cultural conflict of member roles of university grassroots organization, it is necessary to create multiple, diverse cuhural community for all members of the university, which need to achieve the harmonious culture among grassroots organizations of the university by agreement, negotiation, sharing model and cultural management mechanism. Furthermore, it should promote the main culture based on multi university the basic level organization of the (sub) culture and culture optimization in the precondition of cultural consciousness of all members of the university.
