在厘清实践取向,产学研用的基础上,以深圳职业技术学院动画学院文化创意类专业人才培养模式研究为例,建构基于实践取向的二级学院产学研用人才培养模式。构建以"公共技术服务平台"为主要手段的人才培养平台支撑环境,构建"共赢驱动"的产学研用运行机制,建构多层级的功能组织机构。

By clarifying the connotation of practice-oriented and combination of production, teaching, research and use,tak- ing the talent training mode of cultural and creative specialty of for Animation School in Shenzhen Polytechnic as the case,the talent cultivation model of combination of research, production, teaching and use of the second college based on practice-oriented was built, and the measures are： building the personnel training platform support environment taking ＂public technical service platform＂ as the means, building a ＂win-win-driven＂ operating mechanism, and constructing the multi-level functions organization.
