摘要 平均粒度为 74μ m的二硫化钼粉末在 700℃用硝酸镍分解-氢还原法包覆了一层镍。用 X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了此种包覆粉末,发现镍均匀分布在二硫化钼粉末上。 XRD分析没有检测到诸如残余化学试剂和氧化物之类的杂质。研究表明硝酸镍分解-氢还原法对二硫化钼粉末而言是一种方便和有效的粉末包覆方法。 Fine MoS2 powders with an average particle size of 74μ m were coated with nickel via Ni(NO3)2 decomposition-hydrogen reduction at 700℃ . As-coated MoS2 powders were characterized by using x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that nickel was homogeneously distributed around the MoS2 powders. No impurities, such as residual chemical agents and oxides were detected by XRD analysis. The research shows that Ni(NO3)2 decomposition-hydrogen reduction is a convenient and effective powder coating method for MoS2 powders.
