在多巴高原与平原分别实施有氧运动处方对肥胖青少年体质健康促进的实验研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探索不同海拔条件下实施有氧运动处方对肥胖青少年体质健康促进的影响。方法:分别在高原和平原环境下对20名肥胖青少年实施了为期4周全封闭的有氧运动处方和饮食监控实验。结果:实验后两组研究对象实验前后体重、体脂率、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、体脂量、定量负荷心率、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子(SICAM-1)等指标明显下降(P<0.01),跑台耐受时间均明显延长,平原组瘦体重显著增加(P<0.01),高原组血氧饱和度升高(P<0.05)。结论:实验后肥胖青少年的身体形态、机能和血液生化指标均得到了显著的改善,高原组在增强心肺、血液功能和有氧运动能力方面具有优势。 Objective:To explore the influence of aerobic exercise prescription implemented under different altitude condition on obese adolescents physical health promotion. Methods : 20 obese adolescents are imposed a closed 4-week aerobic exercise prescription in the plateau and plains environment. Result : after experiment, the indexes of two groups such as body weight, body fat rate, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), body fat mass and quantitative load heart rate, low density lipoprotein (LDL)-C), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), ath- erosclerosis index (AI), serum soluble adhesion molecules between cells (sICAM-1) index de- clined obviously ( P ~ 0. 01 ), the time of treadmill tolerance was significantly extended, the lean body mass of plain group increased significantly (P^O. 01 ), the blood oxygen saturation of plateau group was elevated (P^O. 05). Conclusion: after the experiment, obese adolescents body shape, part of the body function and blood biochemical indexes had been improved markedly, heart lungs enhanced in plateau group, and blood group function and aerobic exercise ability with a clear advantage effect.
