摘要
在磷酸溶液中,在锰(Ⅱ)存在下,铬(Ⅵ)氧化二安替比林苯乙烯甲烷形成一种红色化合物。该化合物最大吸收峰位于540nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.9×10~6 L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1)。铬(Ⅵ)浓度在0.075~0.6μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法曾用于水和废水中微量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果令人满意。
In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ), Cr(Ⅵ) forms a red compound with diantipyrinephenylethylenemethahe, of which the maximum absorbance is at 540nm with molar absorptivity being 1.9×10~6 L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1) in a solution of phosphoric acid. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.075~0.6μg Cr(Ⅵ)/25ml. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of Cr(Ⅵ) in water and wastewater with reliable results.
