浅析扬料板配置对干燥窑运行的影响

Influence of Throwing Plate Layout on Operation of Drying Kiln

通过分析扬料板的配置结构与干燥窑内衬筒的变形关系 ,找到了扬料板严重变形、窑内精矿粘结严重的原因 ,提出了扬料板重新配置的形式 ,介绍了改进后的效果。

Through analysis of relation between layout of drying kiln liner and throwing plate and kiln liner deformation, it is possible to find out reasons for serious deformation of the throwing plate and caking of concentrate in the kiln. The paper proposes a form for rearrangement of the throwing plate and describes the results after improvement. [
