摘要
介绍了湘钢威金斯转炉煤气柜的生产工艺,对煤气柜皮膜撕裂原因进行分析,在皮膜破损严重而无法修复的情况下,通过对气柜B点密封槽钢改进、皮膜修补相结合,恢复转炉气柜的稳定运行。
The production process of Wiggins converter dry gasholder at Xiangtan Steel was introduced and the causes of sealing diaphragm tearing of the gasholder was analyzed. Though the rubber diaphragm was seriously damaged beyond repair, stable operation of the converter gas holder was restored through combination of improving the channel steel for sealing at point B and repairing the rubber sealing.
