摘要
W2 0B钢的磁性受化学成分、热轧加热温度、成品退火温度等因素的影响 ,通过大量的数据和理论分析 ,找到了影响磁性的关键成分B N比、N、Als的最佳控制范围 ,即B N介于 0 .8到 2 .0 ,N≤ 40× 10 - 6 ,Als控制在 0 .0 2 %~ 0 .0 4%范围内。W2 0B钢磁性对加热温度很敏感 ,RT4≤ 10 2 0℃对磁性有利 ,成品退火最佳温度范围为 880~ 92 0℃。通过分析 ,提出了控制这些影响因素的对策。
The stability of magnetic property of W20B steel is dependent upon such factors as chemical compositions, reheating temperature in the hot rolling process and annealing temperature of the finish products. Through repeated data analysis and theoretical analysis the optimal control limits of the key factors affecting the magnetic property such as B/N ratio, contents of N and Als have been identified. B/N ratio should be controlled within the range of 0.8 to 2.0, and N≤40×10 -3 and Als in 0.02?%~0.04?%. Since the magnetic property of W20B steel is very susceptible to the reheating temperature RT4≤1?020?℃ is assumed to be more desirable and the optimal annealing temperature range for the finish products is controlled within 880~920?℃.Based upon the above mentioned analysis measures to control the affecting factors are advanced accordingly.
