河北省高职院校专业设置的问题与对策

The Problems and Solutions to the Professional Settings in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei Province

河北省高等职业教育发展至今,建成58所高职院校,为地方经济和社会发展做出了卓越的贡献。专业是高职院校发展特色的体现,是高职院校与地方经济的衔接点,纵观河北省高职院校的专业设置,出现了专业设置"冷""热"不均;"热门"专业设置同质化倾向明显;专业设置与产业需求脱节等问题。针对这些问题,我们可以从科学调控专业数量,注重专业的内涵发展,专业设置与区域经济发展规划相结合这三方面入手,促进专业建设的可持续发展。

Since the development of higher vocational education, 58 higher vocational colleges have been built in Hebei Province, which has made tremendous contributions to the development of the local economy and society. Profession is the distinguishing feature of the college, and is a bridge between the college and local economy. There are several problems in professional settings, such as the inequality as ＂Cold＂ and ＂Hot＂ professions; the homogeneity tendency of ＂Hot＂ major setting is obvious; professional setting is disjointed with industry requirements, etc. In view of these problems, we can regulate the number of the professions scientifically, focus on the connotation of professional development to and combine the professional settings with the regional economy plan, promote the sustainable development of the professional construction.
