摘要患者，男性，13岁，于2013年2月19日以“发作性双足疼痛伴皮色改变2年，加重20天”来我科就诊。患者于2年前四肢过敏性紫癜后出现双足感觉异常，伴有灼热感，后出现双足足底疼痛，左足为重，
