肺动脉瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断

Diagnosis of Pulmonary Artery Aneurysms by MSCT

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肺动脉瘤(PAA)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析9例肺动脉瘤患者的MSCT增强扫描影像及临床资料。结果:9例中单纯肺动脉干动脉瘤3例,主动脉及左右肺动脉动脉瘤2例,单纯左肺动脉动脉瘤2例,主肺动脉及左肺动脉动脉瘤2例。2例合并有贝切赫特综合征(Behcet.s Disease,BD),3例合并有动脉导管未闭(Patent Ductus Art eriosus,PDA),1例合并部分性肺静脉异位引流(Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection,PAPVC)及肺动静脉瘘(Pulmonary arteriovenous fi-s t ula),3例为特发性。胸痛4例,咯血3例,呼吸困难2例。结论:MSCT可明确诊断肺动脉瘤,其发病原因及临床表现各异。

Objective： To investigate the value of multi - slice spiral CT （MSCT） in the diagnosis of pul- monary artery aneurysms （PAA）. Methods：Contrast enhanced MSCT and clinical data of 9 PAA cases were ret- rospectively analyzed. Results：Three cases only involved pulmonary trunk, two cases involved pulmonary trunk and both side of the pulmonary artery, two cases only involved the left pulmonary artery, and two cases involved the pulmonary trunk and the left pulmonary artery. Two cases had Behcet＇ s Disease, three cases had patent ductus arteriosus, one case had partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection and pulmonary arteriovenous fis- tula, three cases were idiopathic. Four cases manifested chest pain, three cases manifested hemoptysis, two cas- es manifested dyspnea. Conclusions：MSCT can evaluate the PAA accurately, which has various causes and clini- cal symptoms.
