目的：探讨经尿道2微米激光在肾盂肿瘤根治术中的有效性及安全性。方法：15例肾盂肿瘤患者先在膀胱镜直视下使用2微米激光围绕病灶侧输尿管开口周围约0．4～0．7cm处行环形切割，然后取腰部斜切口切除病灶侧肾及输尿管，并自切口将肾及全长输尿管取出，术后定期行化疗药物膀胱灌注。结果：手术时间100～180rain，平均137min，术中无1例并发输尿管撕裂、大出血，术后无明显尿外渗及合并感染。随访3～15个月。复查膀胱镜、彩超等相关检查未见肿瘤复发及转移。结论：此方法创伤小、并发症少、效果良好、安全可行，是治疗肾盂癌值得推荐的手术方法之一。
