Characteristics of Illegal Addition of Chemicals to Health Food and Recommendations for Supervision

目的为保健食品非法添加化学品的监管提供思路和对策。方法总结近年来保健食品中添加的化学药品和类别,以及非法添加化学药品的保健食品中出现的新添加物、添加多种物质、地域特点、非正式销售样品等4个特点。提出加强对薄弱环节、广告的监管,建立参考图谱等3点建议。结果与结论提出的建议和对策可以降低执法与检验成本,提高检出率和靶向性,对行政监管起到强有力的技术支撑作用。

Objective To offer recommendations and countermeasures for the supervision of illegal addition of chemicals to health food. Methods This article summarized the names and categories of chemicals that were frequently found added to health food, and analyzed the four characteristics of illegal addition-new additives, multiple substances, geographical characteristics and informal sales of samples. Then three suggestions were put forward, including strengthening the supervision of the weak links and advertisements, and establishing reference atlas. Results and Conclusion The recommendations and countermeasures proposed herein could be applied to reduce the costs of law enforcement and relative inspections, improve the detection rate and target orientation, thus providing powerful technical support for administrative supervision.
