摘要
本文测定了碱金属、碱土金属九个元素48条谱线在空气冷却ICP中的信背比和检出限,并同全氩ICP的检出限进行了比较。本工作还测绘了各元素灵敏线与9个常见共存元素的光谱重叠扫描图,以了解可能存在的光谱干扰。
The signal-to-background ratios and detection limits for 48 spectral lines of alkaline and alkaline earth elemenats in an air-cooled ICP were determined by using a commercial sequential plasma spectrometer. The results show that the detection limits for alkaline earth elements with lower ionization potential are superior to those of atomic lines. The spectral coincidence profiled of prominent lines with more prevalent concomitants are mapped.
