摘要
目的 建立测定药品包装用铝箔中铅含量的分析方法.方法 通过筛选消解用酸、优化样品前处理和ICP-MS分析条件,建立测定药用铝箔中铅含量的微波消解-ICP-MS分析方法.结果 铅在0~100 ng·mL-1范围内线性关系良好.方法检出限为0.09 ng· mL-1,加样回收率为94.6%,RSD为6.16%.结论 本方法可准确测定药品包装用铝箔中铅元素的含量.
Objective To develop a method for the determination of lead in aluminum foil packages for medicine. Methods The method of closed-vessel microwave digestion with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed through selecting nitric acid solutions, optimizing sample preparation and operating conditions for the ICP-MS instrument. Results High value of correlation coefficient was obtained from the aqueous standard curve (ranging from 0-100 ng · mL^-1), implying that the concentration was highly correlated with the response. The limit of detection for the method was calculated to be 0.09ng · mL^-1. The average recovery was 94. 6% and the average RSD was 6. 16%. Conclusion The method was found to have good accuracy for the determination of lead in aluminum foil packges.
