摘要
采用AES俄歇电子能谱和XPSX光电子能谱相结合的方法,对新型ZG00Cr32Ni31Mo4Cu2Nb钢在95 ℃40%P_2O_5,1%H_2SiF_6,2%HF,4%H_2SO_4,0.05%Cl-介质中形成的钝化膜进行了分析。试验结果表明,新型钢在该介质中,形成以Cr_2O_3、MoO_3为主的氧化物膜,而Ni、Cu富集在膜的底部,可进一步提高膜的稳定性。
The passivating film of new casting steel ZG00Cr32Ni 31Mo4Cu_2Nb formed in 40% P2O5, 1%H_2SiF_6, 2%HF, 4%H_2SO_4, 500ppm Cl- medium at 95℃ has been analyzed and investigated using AES and XPS x-ray ener gy spectrum. The experimental results show that while the new steel is in the me dium the oxide film mainly containing Cr_2O_3 and MoO3 forms at steel surfac e and the Ni and Cu concentrate at the bottom of the firm to increase the stabi lity of firm.
