摘要
HYDL85炉底用捣打料的主要晶相为方镁石,基质胶结相为低熔点过渡型的C2F(C4AF)相。在实际应用中C2F具有活化晶格加速烧结的作用,且C2F氧化铁皮及CaO分解分别溶入方镁石形成RO相及反应生成高熔点C2S相,有较强的抗蚀性。
The major crystal phase in bottom ramming material i s the periclase and the matrix cementation phase is the low-melting-point transient phase C2_F(C_4AF). In actual application, the C_2F plays the role of th e acti vating crystal lattice to accelerate sintering, and the C_2F which become in iron oxide and dissolved CaO are merged into periclase respectively to form Ro pha se and reacted to produce high melting point C_2S phase, which has stronger ant i-corrosion.
