Turn-taking, as an important concept in conversation analysis, provides a good theoretical flame- work for studying daily conversation. In systematic turn-taking, the two components, namely the turn construc- tional component and the turn allocational component are closely related in the interviews, with distinct gender differences of the turn-taking strategies employed by the hostess and the host inA Date with LU Yu aadArtIife, which guarantee the success of the interviews.
