摘要
揭示有效教学的内涵应紧扣“教学”和“有效”两个方面。“教学有效性”指课堂教学过程中所获得的积极的预期效果,其考察的重点是学生,是对教学活动结果与预期目标吻合程度的评价。有效教学提倡的是一种效率、效果、效益三者并重的教学观。在建构思政课教学有效性诸要素中,有效性教师是主导要素,同时还要实现教学内容的有效意蕴,动态把握并提升学生思想,运用各种教学技术调动学生学习积极性,提高教学有效性,推动思政课教学向更高层面发展。
The connotation of teaching efficacy closely lies in two aspects: teaching and effectiveness. Ef- fective teaching refers to the realization of anticipated positive goal. To observe this, students are the subject. The effectiveness of teaching is the assessment of matching degree of teaching result and anticipated goal. Effective teaching advocates equal importance of efficiency, effect, and benefit. Among the elements of effective teaching, effective teacher is the core element. Teachers are expected to convey effective mentality, grasp and upgrade students' thoughts, apply various kinds of teaching skills to stimulate students' learning aspiration, improve teaching effectiveness and propel political and ideological teaching to a new height.
