摘要
根据兴澄钢铁公司生产初期出现的合金钢180 mm方和300 mm方连铸坯表面缺陷攻关研究情况，分析了合金钢大方坯容易产生表面缺陷的主要原因，提出防止产生表面缺陷的主要工艺措施。
Based on study of surface quality of alloy steel 300 mm × 300mm, 180mm × 180mm square concasting billet at Xingcheng Iron and Steel , the main cause of concasting billet surface defect formation has been analyzed and the key technology measure to prevent the surface defect occurring are sugg ested in this paper.
