民办高校学生党员发展质量问题及质量保障措施研究

On the Recruitment and Education Management of CPC Students Members at Private HEIs

通过对四所民办高校学生党员发展质量的调查，了解影响民办高校学生党员发展质量的因素和存在的问题，针对性地采取措施，把好学生党员发展过程中的每一个转变环节，稳步地建立一支专兼职的党建工作队伍，创新性地开展理论知识教育，全方位地构建学生党员的实践平台，科学地建立考评和监督机制等途径，提高民办高校学生党员发展质量和教育服务管理工作。

Based on a survey on the quality of Party member recruitment at four private colleges, this paper inquires the contributing factors and problems. And it is proposed that each recruiting procedure requires scientif- ic design and a Party development team on both full-time and part-time basis be steadily built to innovate theory teaching, to build all-round practice platforms for student Party members and to scientifically establish an ap- praisal and supervision mechanism etc.. so as to upgrade the quality of recruitment and education management.
