摘要
通过等离子体改性 ,高分子吸附以及加入添加剂 ( Na2 SO4 ,尿素 )改变了酞菁铜颜料的表面性质 ,增加了酞菁铜在水中的分散稳定性 .X射线光电子能谱证明等离子体改性在酞菁铜表面上引入了羟基和羰基 ,提高了颜料对丙烯酸类高分子的吸附强度 .添加剂的加入增加了高分子在颜料表面上的吸附层厚度 .这些作用都有利于酞菁铜在水中的分散 ,增加了它在水中的分散稳定性 .
The surface property of copper phthalocyanine(CuPC) was modified by plasma-treatment, polymer adsorption and addition of Na 2SO 4 and urea. The XPS results indicated the formation of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the pigment surface as a result of plasma treatment. The presence of the polar groups increased the adsorbability of polymer. Addition of Na 2SO 4 and urea in the CuPC system increased the thickness of the adsorbed layer. All these treatment approaches favoured the dispersibility of CuPC in water, enhancing the stability of the pigment suspension.
