含接缝纤维/金属层合板分层行为的内聚力模拟

Cohesive zone modeling of delamination behavior of spliced fiber metal laminates

摘要 基于双线性内聚力模型,对面内载荷作用下,双接缝、单接缝和非对称接缝三种形式的纤维/金属层合板的分层破坏行为进行三维有限元数值模拟.与试验结果对比表明,内聚力界面单元模型能够对含接缝的纤维/金属层合板的界面分层行为做出正确预测.经过模拟发现含接缝层合板的分层破坏以II型剪切分层为主,不同的接缝形式将产生不同的分层破坏特点.还讨论了界面力学性能参数对计算结果的影响. Based on cohesive zone model of bilinear type, the delamination behavior of fiber metal laminates under in - plane loading is studied. Doubly, single and asymmetrically spliced specimens are investigated by three - dimensional FE simulation. The comparison of numerical prediction and ex- perimental results demonstrates the applicability of the cohesive interface element in dealing with de- lamination of spliced fiber metal laminates. It is found that mode - II delamination plays the dominant role in the delamination process. The characteristic delamination behavior of the three splice configura- tions is analyzed and the impact of interfacial mechanical properties on the numerical results is dis- cussed.
