摘要
在8≤pH≤12水溶液中的PVA具有使初生态氢氧化铜增溶和吸收光谱红移的作用,这是它们形成包合物的结果。以pH=10的Cu^(2+)-PVA-水体系在740nm波长下,用分光光度计测定铜(Ⅱ)盐量在15~50mg/100ml范围内可得到较满意的结果。
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in the 8≤pH≤12 aqueous solution has the effect solubilizing the cupric hydroxide and making a red shift of its absorption spectrum. It was as a consequence of inclusion-forming substance composed of PVA with cupric hydroxide. The absorbance measued by spectrophotometer at 740nm was plotted against the different molar concentration of cupric salt in pH=10 aqueous solution of Cu^(2+)-PVA. The range of the determination of CuCl_2·2H_2O is 15~50 mg/100ml.
