摘要 新烟碱类杀虫剂是近20年来的明星,在世界范围内受到广泛欢迎。简要介绍昆虫烟碱乙酰胆碱受体分子多样性,分析烟碱与新烟碱类化合物活性差异原因,并综述了烟碱乙酰胆碱受体与新烟碱类杀虫剂的相互作用研究进展;通过分析新烟碱类化合物的分子多样性,以期开发出更加高效、安全的新烟碱类杀虫剂。 Neonicotinoid insecticides were widely used in the world in recent years and their market still show great potential. In order to promote the development of neonicotinoid insecticides, the molecular diversity of neonicotinoids and the nAChRs interactions with neonicotinoid insecticides were reviewed.
