以国内较先进的CBF摩托车发动机为研究对象,针对国内大部分用户习惯操作循环变档的特点。通过重新设计原变档机构的变速鼓、变速凸轮、拨叉、档位显示器等零部件,来达到循环变档目的。经试验验证,全新设计的循环档发动机变档性能达到原设计要求,CBF发动机循环变档机构的开发完成,成功填补了此款摩托车发动机的国内、国外市场空白,满足了市场用户的不同需求。
With considering specific situation, most customers are used to do with shift cycle. So the advanced CBF motorcycleg engine is selected as the research object. Furthermore the components of the engine such as drum gear shift, spring drum stopper, fork center, and SW. ASSY change are redesigned. After experimental testing, the newest engine~ property meets the design requirement. The successes of shift cycle engine devel- opment becomes a key step of developing this type market. Not just for overseas market, also itg good for our domestic area.
