摘要
目的了解2012年上半年沧州市市售食品中主要食源性疾病致病菌的污染状况,为开展食品安全风险评估和采取有针对性的控制措施提供科学依据。方法依据2012年河北省食源性致病菌监测技术指南,对7类市售食品进行沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠埃希菌、EHECO157:H7/NM、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺菌、阪崎肠杆菌10种致病菌分离、生化及血清型鉴定。结果抽检299份样品中共检出致病菌7株,其中副溶血性弧菌2株,单核细胞增生李斯特菌1株,金黄色葡萄球菌2株,大肠埃希菌2株,沙门菌、EHECO157:H7/NM、志贺菌、阪崎肠杆菌、创伤弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌均未检出。结论 2012年上半年沧州市市售食品中存在食源性致病菌的污染,应加大食品行业的监管力度。
Objective To understand the situation of the food-borne pathogen pollution in the commercial foods in the first half year of 2012in Cangzhou city,as the basis for developing food safety assessments and pertinent measures. Methods Under the instruction of'Detecting Technique Guideline of Food-borne Pathogen of Hebei Province,2012',seven categories of market foods were detected concerning 10types pathogens of Salmonella,Vibrionaceae,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes,Escherichia coli,EHECO157:H7/NM,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella and Enterobacter sakazakii.The pathogens above were isolated and biochemically analyzed in term of serotypes.Results Totally seven pathogens were detected in the 299samples,specifically:Vibrio parahaemolyticus,2strains;Listeria,1strain;Staphylococcus aureus,2strains and Escherichia coli,2 strains,none detected in the rest of the pathogens.Conclusion Food-borne pathogen pollution exists in the commercial foods in Cangzhou city in the first half year of 2012,indicating fastened monitoring over the food market.
