成华区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病经济负担及其影响因素调查

Economic Burden and Influence Factors of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients in Chenghua District

目的了解成华区社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疾病经济负担状况,并分析其影响因素,为制定社区防治策略提供依据。方法通过整群抽样方式抽取2个社区的83名COPD患者,对患者一般情况、疾病史、治疗情况及医疗费用、健康状况和生存质量进行调查。结果患者的年度疾病经济负担中位数为7 200元,其中直接经济负担占82.97%,间接经济负担占17.03%;影响患者疾病经济负担的因素是体育锻炼和年住院次数。结论采取三级预防的卫生策略,维持患者病情稳定,减少住院治疗次数以及进行适当的康复锻炼,是减轻疾病经济负担、提高生活质量的有效方式。

Objective To study the disease economic burden status of community chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients in Chenghua district, and to analyze its influence factors for community prevention strategies. Methods Totally 83 COPD patients from 2 communities were selected by cluster sampling method, whose general condition, disease history, treatment and medical costs, health status and life quality were in- vestigated by project - team - designed questionnaire. Results The median of annual disease economic burden for COPD patients was 7200 yuan, among which 82.9% was direct economic burden and 17.03% indirect e- conomic burden. The influence factors of disease economic burden for COPD patients was physical exercises and annual hospitalization times. Conclusion Measures such as maintaining a stable condition, reducing hos-pitalization frequency and taking appropriate rehabilitation exercises by three - grade prevention strategies are effective for disease economic burden alle- viation and life quality improvement for COPD patients.
