摘要
用线性扫描示波极谱法研究了镉(Ⅱ)-茜素紫-邻二氮菲体系的极谱行为,发现在含有0.1mol/L KCI、pH=2.85的 HAc溶液中,镉(Ⅱ)-茜素紫-邻二氮菲体系产生一灵敏的极谱吸附波,其峰电位为- 0.64 V(vs. SCE),峰电流与镉(Ⅱ)的浓度在 5.0 × 10-8~ 1.0 × 10-6 mol/L的范围内呈线性关系;检出限为 3.0 × 10-8mol/L。研究了电极反应机理,并用建立的方法成功地测定了废水样中的镉。
A sensitive derivative adsorptive wave of Cd(Ⅱ)-alizarin violet o-phenanthroline (Phen) system was obtained by using linear sweep polarography in HAc solution (pH = 2. 85) containing 0. 1mol/L KCI, 0.0010% alizarin violet in alcohol and 0.0014% phen. The peak potential is - 0.64V (vs. SCE). The peak height with concentration relationship is linear from 5. 0 x 10-8 - 1. 0 x 10-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 3 .0 x 10-8 mol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of Cd(Ⅱ) in waste water samples with satisfactory results.
