摘要
在0.3mol/L HClO_4溶液中,有Ag^+共存时可使硒的计时电位溶出峰增高,确定了硒有最大溶出蜂的最佳Ag/Se摩尔比为9:1。利用金相扫描电镜分析电极表面沉积物,并对共存Ag^+对溶出峰的影响机理进行了初步探讨。该法用于面粉中硒的测定获得满意结果。电积10min检测下限可达1ppb。
The trace selenium(Ⅳ) was predeposited on a rotating disc glassy carbon electrode and stripped by constant current. The optimum conditions of experiment was chosen and it has been used to determine selenium in flour. The mechanism about the influence of codeposited Ag has been discussed.
