摘要
研究了在稀释酸介质中 ,痕量金 催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色的指示反应及其动力学条件 ,据此建立测定痕量金 的新方法。方法的检出限为 7 96× 10 -11g mL ;测定范围为0~ 1.2× 10 -6g 2 5mL。采用聚氯乙烯 尼龙 6树脂分离富集样品中的金 ,用于样品的测定获得满意结果。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of gold. The method is based on the fact that the Au? can catalyze the oxidative decolorizing reaction of arsenazo Ⅲ and potassium bromate in H 2SO 4 medium. The detection limit is 9.76×10 -11 g/mL, for Au?, the range of the determination of Au? is 0~48 μg/L. Gold samples was dissolved in aqua regia and the gold was separated and enriched by using polyvinyl chloride nylon 6 resin. The method has been applied to the determination of trace gold with satisfactory results.
