摘要
针对某设备的真空薄膜蒸发器发生个别叶片失效断裂现象,对断裂叶片进行了断口金相检验,从宏观和微观两方面深入分析了失效原因,探讨裂纹的产生、发展机理。指出叶片失效是加工缺陷和在交变应力的作用下低周疲劳破坏引起的,激励源为叶片与内壁碰摩时产生的瞬时碰撞力与摩擦力,使得叶片在振动应力下发生疲劳断裂,并结合工况给出具体改进措施,提高了设备可靠性。
Since vacuum thin-film evaporator in some facility has individual blade failure fracture, metallurgical check is made on fracture surface of the blade and its failure causes are thoroughly analyzed from macro and microcosmic aspects. Crack initiation and growth mechanism is discussed in this paper. It points out that blade failure is caused by processing defects and low-cycle fatigue rapture under alternating stress, and excitation sources were transient impact force and friction occurring when blade and internal wall impacted and rubbed with each other, which brought blade under vibration stress fatigue fracture. Specific modified measures are provided in the paper by virtue of operating conditions and thus reliability of facility is improved.
