摘要
为了满足业主和用户对结构性能不同层次的需求,为结构设计人员提供可变作用取值的依据,结合规范研究荷载作用和环境作用的荷载取值标准.对于荷载作用,在分析可变荷载作用模型的基础上,运用等超概率原则,给出海港和河港码头堆货荷载在不同设计使用年限时的荷载调整系数.对于环境作用,以GB/T 50476-2008规范中的海洋氯化物环境等级划分为基础,综合分析比较国内外对表面氯离子质量浓度的研究成果后,给出不同氯盐环境作用等级的氯离子荷载取值标准.
The load value criterion under load and environmental actions were analyzed combining with the standards in order to meet the different levels demand of the owners and users for structure performance and provide the basis of the variable action value for structure designers. For the load action, the load adjustment coefficient of the loading dock goods in harbors and river ports in different design service life was given based on the analysis of the variable load action model by applying equal exceeding probability principle; For the environmental action, the chlorine ion load value criterion of different chlorine salt environmental action levels were given based on Marine chloride environment rank in GB/T 50476-2008 standard after comprehensively analyzing and comparing the research results on surface chlorine ion mass concentration at home and abroad.
