摘要
采用扫描电镜、热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪对添加部分芳纶浆粕聚酰亚胺纤维纸和100%聚酰亚胺纤维纸的结构和性能进行检测,并结合检测结果对两种配抄纸样的强度性能和电气性能进行了对比分析。实验及分析结果表明,以聚酰亚胺纤维和芳纶浆粕为纤维原料抄造的聚酰亚胺纤维纸具有较好的综合性能。
Scanning electron microscope, thermo gravimetric analyzer and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the structure and properties of polyimide fiber paper, the results were combined with the test results to analyze the strength properties and electrical performance of the two kinds of paper. Experiment and analysis results showed that when using polyimide fiber and aramid pulp as the furnish of papermaking, the polyimide fiber paper has better comprehensive properties.
