摘要
通过竹浆纤维的苄基化实验,研究了反应温度和反应时间对苄基化产物取代度的影响,证明适当延长反应时间、提高反应温度有利于提高产物的取代度。FT-IR、DSC、TGA等对竹浆纤维苄基化产物的分析表明:原料中的部分羟基被苄基取代,产物热稳定性略有下降,发现苄基化竹纤维有较好的热塑性。维卡软化点和熔融温度测试显示产物的热塑性随取代度的增加而增加。取代度大于0.81的苄基化竹浆纤维可在150℃,3.5MPa的压力下像塑料一样热压成型。
Bamboo pulp was benzylated by using benzyl chloride as etherifying agent. Effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on degree of substitution (DS) of the products were studied. DS of the product increase under longer reaction time or higher reaction temperature. Products were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TGA, etc. It showed some of hydroxyl of the products was substituted by benzyl, and thermal stability of the products descended slightly. It was found that the benzylated bamboo-pulp had good thermoplasticity. Vieat softening point and melting temperature of the products were tested and the results revealed that thermoplasticization of the products improved with its DS. The DS more than 0.81 benzylated bamboo pulp could be melted as plastic thermoforming into semi-transparent films at 150℃, 3.5 MPa gauge pressure.
