摘要
本文介绍了壳聚糖的性质,阐述了壳聚糖的抗菌机理,对影响壳聚糖抑菌性能的因素做了详细的说明。综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物作为抗菌剂在抗菌纸中的应用,介绍了壳聚糖及其衍生物对纸页抗菌性能及物理性能的影响。
This paper reviewed antibacterial performance and application in antibacterial paper of chitosan and its derivatives. The mechanisms of antibacterial action, influencing factors of antibacterial activity, and the effects of chitosan and its derivatives on antibacterial performance and physical properties of antibacterial paper were intro-duced.
