摘要
利用UGS NX8.0对螺旋压滤机的各零件进行三维实体建模,对螺旋压滤机整机进行虚拟装配。该设计方法可以在物理样机制造前发现设计中存在的不足,便于产品进行改进和优化,能够大大提高同类型不同规格新产品的开发效率,节约产品开发成本。
Using UGS NXS. 0 for 3D solid modeling of parts of pulp screw squeezer, virtual assembly of the screw squeezer was done. The deficiencies in the design before manufacture of the physical prototype can be found by the design method, which can facilitate product improvement and optimization, enhance greatly the development efficien-cy for different specifications of the same type new product and save the cost of product development.
