常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐改造效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 对中海石油中捷石化有限公司原油电脱盐后盐含量严重超标的现状及原因进行了分析,提出了将电脱盐工艺由双进油双电场改为新型交直流电脱盐工艺来降低盐含量的措施。使脱盐后盐的质量浓度由改造前3~6mg/L降低到2~3mg/L,达到国内相关标准(脱盐后盐的质量浓度不高于3mg/L),电脱盐电耗降低0.293(kW·h)/t,每年可节省电费约58.6×104RMB$。有效地减缓了设备的腐蚀,稳定了操作,降低了能耗,为全厂安全平稳、长周期运行提供了保障。 The off-specifications of salt in desalted crude oil in CNOOC and associated causes were analyzed. It was proposed to revamp the double AD & DC electro-static desahing process to reduce the salt in the desahed oil Zhongjie Petrochemical Co. , Ltd electric field process into a new After revamping, the mass con-centration of salts in desalted oil is reduced to 2 -3 mg/L from 3 - 6 mg/L, meeting the national standard specification of no higher than 3 mg/L. In addition, the electricity requirement was decreased by 0. 293 (kW. h)/t, and the annual saving of electricity cost is 586,000 Yuan RMB . The equipment corrosion is mitigated, the unit operation is stabilized and the energy consumption is reduced, which provide a good assur ance for the long-term stable safe operation of the refinery.
