国产反应器过滤器在S Zorb装置上的应用

Application analysis of domestic reactor filter in S Zorb unit

介绍了反应器过滤器（过滤器）的原理和基本组成，分析三套国产过滤器在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司sZorb装置上的实际运行情况。第一套运行数据符合设计要求，达到进口水平；第二套在运行中受反应系统中吸附剂细粉含量高的影响，压力降偏高；第三套运行平稳，当加工量为130～135t／h时，过滤器压力降维持在30～35kPa。实际应用表明，国产过滤器的性能完全满足设计要求，系统因素对其运行影响很大，应从设计、制造、安装、检修、维护等方面对过滤器进行全寿命管理，延长装置运行周期。

The working principles and composition of reactor filter were described. The operations of 3 reactor filters supplied by domestic vendors in the S Zorb unit in SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company were an alyzed. The operation data of the 1 st filter met the design requirements. The 2nd filter had a higher differential pressure due to the impact of higher absorbent fines in reaction system. The 3rd filter was running stably. When the unit was operated at a capacity of 130 -135 t/h, the differential pressure of reactor filter was main- tained at 30 -35 kPa. The commercial operation demonstrated that the performances of domestic filters could completely meet the design requirements. As system factors have a great impact on the operation, service-life management should be made for the reactor filters in respect of design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, etc to extend the operation cycle of the unit.
