煤直接液化加热炉管结焦分析及清焦优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤直接液化加热炉运行过程中多次发生炉管结焦的状况,详细分析了煤液化加热炉结焦的影响因素及机理。通过一系列改进措施及优化操作后,在减缓结焦方面取得明显的成效。加热炉的结焦周期由不到2个月延长至半年,不仅延长了装置的运行周期,还创造了可观的经济效益。结合清焦的工程实践进一步改进清焦技术并优化组合,加热炉结焦处理时间由1个月缩短至1周,提高了处理效率,在降低维修和生产费用方面取得了较高收益,同时为煤液化加热炉的设计选型和后期运行提供了参考。 As the furnace tubes of coal liquefaction coked many times in operation, the impact factors and coking mechanisms of coal liquefaction furnace were studied in detail. After implementation of improve ment measures and operation optimization, the coking in the furnace tubes has been mitigated. The coking cy cle of the furnace is extended to 6 months from less than 2 months, which has not only prolonged the operating cycle of the unit but also greatly improved the economic benefits. The improvement of coke cleaning practice and decoking technologies has shortened the coke cleaning time of furnace to one week from original one month. The decoking efficiency has been raised and the maintenance costs and operation costs have been re duced. The economic benefits have been improved and a good reference is provided for the design and selec tion of furnaces for coal liquefaction.
