摘要
针对中海油某股份有限公司1.2 Mt/a加氢改质装置中计量泵的出口压力高、流量大、扬程高的特点,介绍了注硫化剂泵和注氨泵的工艺操作参数、流程及在装置开工初期的作用。通过对比单隔膜泵和双隔膜泵的工作原理,机械式隔膜泵和液压式隔膜泵的泵头隔膜受力情况,阐述了选用双隔膜液压式计量泵的优点。综合比较两种选型方案中双泵头组合式和单泵头计量泵的配置、主要技术数据、流量调节传动单元的特点,同时兼顾经济性、占地面积、稳定性等因素,最终确定双泵头组合式双隔膜液压计量泵为最优计量泵配置方案。
The metering pumps in a 1.2 MM TPY hydro-upgrading unit of a CNOOC' s subsidiary compa- ny are characterized by high outlet pressure, high flowrate and high pump head. The process operating param eters and process flow of sulfide injection pump and ammonia injection pump as well as their importance in the start-up of the unit are described. Through the comparison of working principles of single-diaphragm pump and double-diaphragm pump and the force on the heads of mechanical diaphragm pump and hydraulic pump, the advantages for the selection of double-diaphragm hydraulic metering pump are described in detail. The double head double-diaphragm hydraulic pump is finally selected as the most optimum pump configuration after the comparison of configurations of double-head metering pump and single-head metering pump and in considera- tion of economics, plot area requirement and operation stability, etc.
