摘要
PHC-03是为最大量增产中间馏分油而开发的一种加氢裂化催化剂,具有活性稳定性好、液体收率和中间馏分油选择性高、柴油产品凝点低等特点。2012年5月,该催化剂在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化公司1.20 Mt/a加氢裂化装置上成功进行工业应用试验,满足了炼油厂最大量生产中间馏分油和高质量化工原料的需求。2012年7月按生产低凝柴油和生产喷气燃料两种方案对催化剂进行了工业应用标定。标定结果表明,催化剂能够灵活生产喷气燃料或低凝柴油,同时兼产重石脑油和尾油。喷气燃料馏分烟点为34.7 mm,冰点低于-53.0℃,可直接作为3号喷气燃料出厂;低凝柴油的凝点小于-50℃,可以作为-35号低凝柴油的调合组分;重石脑油馏分芳潜大于42%,是优质的催化重整进料;尾油BMCI值小于6.0,是理想的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料。
Hydrocracking catalyst PHC-03 was developed for maximum yield of middle distillates with good activity, stability, high liquid yield, high selectivity for middle distillates and low freezing-point of the diesel oil product. In May 2012, PHC-03 catalyst was successfully applied in the 1.2 MM TPY commercial hydrocracking unit in CNPC Daqing Petrochemical Company, which meets the requirements for maximum yield of middle distillates and high-quality feedstocks for chemical production. In July 2012, two performance tests were conducted for the production of low freezing point diesel and jet fuel. The results show that the catalyst can flexibly produce jet fuel or low freezing-point diesel, heavy naphtha and tail oil. Jet fuel fraction with smoke point of 34.7 mm and freezing point lower than 53.0 ℃ can be directly used as 3# jet fuel; The low freezing-point diesel oil with condensation point of lower than -50 ℃ can be used as a -35# low freezing point diesel' s blending component ; Heavy naphtha fraction whose aromatic potential is higher than 42wt% is the high-quality feedstock for continuous catalytic reformer (CCR) ; Tail oil with BMCI value less than 6.0 is a good feedstock for steam cracking process for ethylene production.
