摘要
研究了微波辐照下湿法制 Cu2 O粒子 ,通过改变反应物浓度、辐照时间等条件制得不同粒径的 Cu2 O粒子 ,并成功地制得了纳米级 Cu2 O粒子。
Monodispersed cuprous oxide (Cu 2O) was prepared by wet process with microwave irradiation. Cuprous oxide of varicus particle size was prepared by varying the concentratin of reactants and irradiation time, thus the cuprous oxide particles in nomometre were prepared.
