摘要
在 30 %~ 70 %的相对湿度范围 ,使用摩擦系数测定仪 ,研究了玻璃表面和玻璃基体上纳米二氧化钛光致双亲性膜的摩擦系数与紫外光和环境湿度的变化规律 .试验表明 ,纳米二氧化钛光致双亲性膜能够改善二氧化硅玻璃表面的摩擦学性能 .由于强的亲水性 ,样品表面的摩擦系数和黏附力随着湿度的增大先逐渐增大 ,然后急剧减小 .
Using friction coefficient tester, we have investigated the humility and UV-light dependence of the adhesive force and friction coefficient on glass surface and nano-TiO 2 film coated glass surfaces in the relative humidity of 30%~70%. The results show that nano-TiO 2 film can improve the frictional characteristics of glass, UV-light can enhance the hydrophilicity of the sample surfaces. we also find that, due to the water vapor condensation, the adhesive force and friction coefficient on sample surfaces increase first, then decrease with the relative humidity increase.
