摘要
对凤尾兰 (YuccagloriosaL .)进行了胚胎学研究 ,结果表明 :凤尾兰的花药壁发育为基本型 ,小孢子母细胞减数分裂时的胞质分裂为连续型 ;成熟花粉粒 2核 ,1萌发孔 ;胚珠为倒生 ,双珠被、薄珠心 ;胚囊的发育属于蓼型 ;成熟胚囊为 8核组成的 7细胞胚囊 .
This paper deals with the embryology of Yucca gloriosa L. , including the development of pollen grain and the formation of embryo sac. The development of anther wall is of basic type and the cytoplasm division of microspore mother cell meiosis is of successive type. Each of the mature pollen grains has 2 nuclei, 1 germination pore, Its ovule is anatropous, double integument and tenuinucellate. The development of embryo sac is Polygonum. The developed embryo sac has 7 cells containing 8 nuclei.
